Alain Gracia - Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Alain is a professional parking manager, owner and operator with a nineteen-year history of growth in the parking industry. He is renowned for recruiting and developing strong teams and providing sample parking and valet parking solutions for hotels, office buildings, hospitals and mixed-use properties in multiple Florida markets. 

Alain provides a service-oriented approach to professional parking management, consulting with clients to provide prudent fiscal operations and a comprehensive revenue audit and control system.

Juan Carlos (JC) Figueroa - Co-Founder and South Florida Operating Manager

JC holds a master’s degree in business administration and possesses over 12 years of professional experience in the parking industry. Juan Carlos has a high level of operating management experience and delivers a one-on-one, hands-on functional approach while supervising, training, and overseeing all operations.

Guisela Mendez – Human Resources Director (HR)

Guisela has vast experience in Human Resources and Management services. She has brought multiple resources into the company and efficiently directs the department. She works in concert with on-site and corporate level staff members in order to balance out staff requirements and personalized member service.
